Noticed today it was very frosty put the blowers on and there is a loud droning sound you cannot heats it on half setting, but when you increase it to max it almost cannot heat the radio... anyone else had this problem....

My Kadjar is having a similar issue which I first noticed when switching on the front demister. It's booked in to the dealers between Christmas and New Year.

Finally got my car back from the dealers. (The delay wasn't due to the fan but other warranty issues that were found during servicing.)

The noise from the fan was caused by leaves getting into the unit. Stripping it out and cleaning it has fixed the problem. I did ask how they would have got in but a sensical answer was not forthcoming.

Mine had that same problem on 3/4 to full it was hellish loud, but the other day I started the car had a small rustling sound and it sorted itself .. so all good
