Hi all!

I want to change the factory fitted bulbs that shine over the licence plate to LED bulbs. I've got LED lights at the front and just think it would look better with whiter lights at the back.

I've been seaching a lot online and have two options...

1. Change the whole unit to allow for LED bulbs... Problem with this is it looks like they don't fit as easily as the factory fitted ones. A lot say 'modification required' to the body work of the car to get them to fit.

2. Try sticking a LED w5w bulb into them?

I'm torn or what to do????

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

You pry it away from the side where the slot is. Too be honest I've found it all to easy to damage paintwork with a screwdriver unless it's a very old worn out one. An old spoon handles sometimes fits. Either way stick several layers of masking tape in place to give some protection.
