I have a 66 plate Dynamic Nav, and the Mirrors auto fold, also have walk away auto locking . There was a vehicle spec update in late 2016 which included all these

I had my mirrors done by the dealer not long after I bought the car, at the time they did not know the kit existed so mine was the first they ever did

Included in the 2016 spec update was a light in the glove compartment, so to save time with "do I, don't I have it" just open the glove box. If it lights up, you've probably got it.

What do you mean with " well used"?
Otherwise you can replace it either with new spare part (and from 2016 facelift is illuminated) or try to find clone on eBay/Amayon/AliExpress.
It is quite simple to replace, plastic on door handle can be removed very simple.
2016 White 1.6 dCi 4WD BOSE with Premium Techno Pack, Winter Pack, Panoramic glass roof & autodipp mirror and retractable towbar.
Added ambient illumination, few chrome trims,
Replaced R-Link2 V2.2 SW version 9. 0.34.611, enabled Android Auto and CarPlay (change USB slots)
