Had this error a few times with the Kadjar and multiple times with the previous Scenic. The "fix" is to move the car a few inches, restart the engine and the warning is gone. My guess is wrong warning from a sensor or something like that. Mentioned it to the dealer, the last time I was there, and ofcourse, he said - Don't pay attention to it. 
1.6 dCI, 2WD, Zen+ , Retractable Tow Bar.
