Hello to all.
i interest to but a new kadjar 1.2 turbo 2017.
I have been told to dont buy this car beacuse low reliability. The engie is bad and the transmission.
What is your recommendation?

i have 1.2 turbo model 2018. i have now 19.500km . we had the covid situation and i am not doing very mutch km per year.
the car has a very good space for 4 passengers and my cat too, nice handling, i would like more power ( i had a skoda octavia 2.0 tfsi 280hp before) so i did a remap from celting tuning to a 152 hp and 23.5 Nm
now is better than before in acceleration, in torque. etc
about the plastic in th car its ok but is not an audi or a vw. i have heard a crackle when i was in  soily road and the car was with 4 passengers and stuff in the trunk.
dont have problems with oil consumption. some people have problems with this engine. i have heard that renault has fix the problem after complaints from owners in late models of this engine.
when i bought the car they didnt have in Greece the model with the 1.3 engine (in UK and france had the 1.3 engine in kadjar phase 1) and the new engine came with the phase 2 kadjar in 2020 in greece.
i think the 1.3 engine is mutch better than 1.2, better hp ,torque, is more suitable.
