Well... On mine it always shows this message in the black line on top of the screen when stating the car, but the map shows my exact location and can navigate to wherever I want straight away.
1.6 dCI, 2WD, Zen+ , Retractable Tow Bar.
RLink 2 - V9.0.34.610, Here Maps (2021/Q4) + TomTom POIs and SpeedCams (2021_06)

Mine does the same at home every time I start up. My driveway is terrible for GPS signal anyway, so I assumed it was just taking its time like all other devices.

I experienced the 'No map coverage for this location' error due to parking sensor interference with the GPS signal, which was resolved through a wiring upgrade, but I believe this issue may persist in early version models like mine (mid-2016), potentially
