Another question guys,
I took out a 3yr/£99 service pack after taking delivery of our Kadjar. I have a order confirmation email from Renault with a comment saying my certificate and terms & conditions would be emailed to me later.
3 weeks later an I still haven't received this.
Anyone else had this problem or should I wait longer?
I've tried to contact Renault by phone and online chat to no replies. Does anyone have an email addy for customer services?

Found their email now,

Sent our Easylife certificate through in about 10 mins, not sure why they didn't send it before?
