Good Day All,

I hope someone here would be able to assist me,
I bought a 2016 Renault Kadjar 1.5 EDC,
The unit comes with an amazing navigation radio,

The first 2 weeks the radio was working perfectly, then one morning it stated flashing with the only thing showing was "loading" ,
To my better knowing I turned the radio off, ever since I am unable to get the radio working,
When I  unlock the card it has a loading sound but nothing from there .
I have attempted the disconnect battery for 5 min and all this did is reset the look on my speedo and dials,
I have attempted holding the power button in for 5 min and nothing happens but the dials have a quick flash from the factory blue to green and then back,

I do not know what to do and getting a new radio is not an option,
Any advice?

Take to dealer. they replaced mine but it was under warranty
