Hello,can someone tell me why the multimedia when i play an AVI movie it don't have any sound.Thanks.

I have the Kadjar dynamic 110HP.

it depends on the sound files format 

if you copy them from your pc on to a usb stick set the audio quality to cd quality that should play fine then, i set mine like that

Or convert it to MP4, like I do.
1.6 dCI, 2WD, Zen+ , Retractable Tow Bar.

yep that works as well.

i have noticed one of the five films i have on the mem stick no longer has sound on it, this has happened since the firmware update .

has anybody else had the problem ?

I had same problem, converted to mp4 solved it

Never thought of playing movies on R-Link.
Maybe I'm being a bit thick here, but surely you don't play them on the move, and if not, doesn't it drain the battery if you're stationary?
