Hey all!
So, as the title says, bluetooth is greyed out after connecting to my phone. Now, I understand there is a "solution" where you have to buy a song from Itunes for it, but this is not a good enough solution, and it should NOT be this way on a car from 2016 (mine is). Completely unacceptable.
Is there actually a proper solution to this problem? A software update that solves this bug?

So connecting via Bluetooth with an iPhone shouldn’t be an issue, make sure the Rlink2 is running 2.2.19.300 software at least.
if you want to play music then you do need to download a tune from iTunes at least once. This isn’t a bug but a licensing criteria that apple has.  It’s a simple operation no money has to change hands but it allows the phone to stream via Bluetooth.

this doesn’t affect normal hands free phone operation.
