I have just done exactly the same & blown a fuse. I thought no problem it’ll be a 5 minute job. How wrong am I !!
2 questions
Are there spare fuses in the block or do I have to buy a new one/s ?
How does the glove box come off to get to the fuse box ?
Thanks

No spare fuses, if you have mini fuses they fit until you can obtain the micro type.

Just to clarify fuse box positions, on uk spec right hand drive models, the fuse box is in the back of the glove box.
On left hand drive, the rest of Europe the fuse box is behind a panel at the end or side of the dash on the drivers side.

Thanks
Am I correct in saying the fuses are the Low Profile type?

Anyone know how to take off the glovebox?

The lid just clips out at the bottom, then unclip the strut on the left hand side. When you put it back in make sure the hook at the top is behind the back trim before you clip the hinges in. If you need the back trim out lever end dash trim off then it’s just a ring of T20 screws all round.

Fuses are micro, a mini will fit as a get me by.
