Thanks for that. I've just checked mine and it was manufactured in March 2017, so not as old as I thought. As mentioned before I bought it in April 2017. I don't know whether it is worth downloading Android Auto to test it out. Probably not.

I think your manufacture date is just too early if the information I was provided is correct.

Kadjars, manufactured from May have AA capability. For that reason therm "premay" exists when we talking about  AA in Kadjar, i think.

It would take you 30 seconds to download and install it on your phone, but unfortunately, I also think you'll be disappointed to find out it'll not be working on your car. Give it a try anyway.

Software upgrading + Android Auto activation and moved the climate on navi to Kadjar 1.5dci 2016. 

details on facebook search for "Renault Diagnosis" only for versions smaller than 2.2.19.300
