Does any one have issues with this feature of R & Go?

I 've been connecting on my R-link2 an iPhone 7 (iOS >11 almost all different versions) and occasionally an iPhone 4S.
For both connection is using BT.

I have never managed to see this function been "active". It always shows faded on my handheld, like being inactive.

Perhaps relevant to this: when my car was still brand new (about 1 month), once after parking and going out of it, I got a msg on my handheld with the crossroad where the car was parked.
I do not know how this happened, but ever since I have repeatedly try to find how I could "activate" this with no luck.

Anyone has any suggestion on both?

Sorry if this has been posted somewhere again; I used the relevant search commands but did not find similar on the forum.

I did not think R&Go was for use with the Kadjar?

You right... ether R-Link2 or ordinary Arkamis...
2016 White 1.6 dCi 4WD BOSE with Premium Techno Pack, Winter Pack, Panoramic glass roof & autodipp mirror and retractable towbar.
Added ambient illumination, few chrome trims,
Replaced R-Link2 V2.2 SW version 9. 0.34.611, enabled Android Auto and CarPlay (change USB slots)
Maps: Here 2022Q2

Indeed I 've checked and Kadjar is not on the list of supported vehicles.

Nevertheless, I cannot understand how once I got message from the car where it has been parked (perhaps outside R & Go)...
