Hi all
A newbe here, my satnav seems to be frozen or stuck in a loop.
Any ideas would be good.

hammer through the screen works,

if you want something less drastic find the fuse to the r-link in the fuse box, this will cause it to reboot, also the power lead of the battery but that can cause more problems elsewhere

Looooong press on volume button (power) will make device cold start (reboot). After all, it is Android and this is quite common cure... :)

Mine did it once and I think several others found the same that it happened after switching off the car/RLink when the car was in a place the satnav didn't recognise as a road, (new housing estate). Driving out and switching RLink on once on the move fixed it for me
