I have a 2018 Kadjar. The front and rear washers have stopped working and the pump isn't sounding. Does anyone know where the fuse is. I want to check that first.

So this morning I jacked the car up, took the front offside wheel off and took off the arch liner. I disconnected the washer pump and checked the voltage at the connector when the washer stalk us pulled.....got 12 volts. Must be the pump then!
Gad to order a pump from Renault for £71. Will update you when pump fitted.

Picked up the new washer pump today and fitted it. All working great now.

It is an easy job really. The hardest part is getting the wheel arch liner off. If I did it again I wouldn't take it off completely. I would just undo the front and see it I could access it without it all having to come off.

Had similar problem. Found that turning wheels full lock and allowed me remove a few screws and bend out the wheel arch liner to access pump - no need to remove liner or wheel. Checked power to pump and was OK. Removed pump and connected to external PSU and confirmed not working.  Gave it a bash and now all works OK - for now.

Had issue with pump not working, used some help from this thread to locate and access the pump. So only felt right to share my experience

Was able to remove the pump without removing the liner, couple of screws in arch and at under right hand side and it allows access. Took roughly an hour but this was mostly working out what needed to be removed by trial and error

Had trouble locating a spare pump, local factors advised it was a renault only part.

Searched online by using the model number off the broken one and found it matched the clio v pump. Was able to get a new one off ebay for £40 which was reasonable.

Fitted in about 10 minutes as I now knew how to access where the pump was located.
