hi everyone Im Geoff, just purchased 2016 kadjar signature s-nav and cannot access "multisense" anyone got any ideas?

Kadjar does not have Multisense 
1.6 dCI, 2WD, Zen+ , Retractable Tow Bar.

Well, maybe it has in the facelift, but I've never heard so far anyone mentioning it. I doubt it was added. Which manual exactly are you referring to?

If this is a manual for all the R-Link 2 units, then this makes sense. In many cars, there's even no Adaptive Cruise control and things like this, but it's in the manual. It doesn't mean it's fitted in your car. I bet somewhere it's written that some of the functions explained are dependent on the equipment of your specific vehicle. Well... Kadjars don't have Multisense.
