Last time I bought oil I was recommended Castrol magnatec stop-start 5w-30 a5.  I’ve been online to buy a litre just for topping up, it’s saying online it’s not recommended anymore for my car?? I get it serviced regularly I just like to keep a litre spare for when I check levels .

You can use any oil that conform with Renault RN 0720 norm. I am using Elf Evolution FullTech FE 5w30.
