How do you change from miles per hour to KM per hour on a SAT Nav model? I do not have the System->Profile->Units option as per the user manual. Car imported from UK to Ireland.

you need ddt4all app and obd scanner for it, I had same issue, while you can enable units setting from developer menu but it would change only speed units, there is a tutorial on YouTube how to change it using ddt4all for megane, but it's same for kadjar,
