Hi 
2016 1.5dci

I have problems with my rlink 2
DAB signal drops every 3to5 mins
Bluetooth connection does same
Cannot change style on instrument panel.
There is not option to hard reset in menu.
Does anyone know of another way to hard reset my system please?

Hello and welcome to the forum. Sorry you have had a problem trying to post here and thanks for your patience.

Normally a reset would be done as follows:
1). Have RLink switched on eg have Radio playing or something
2). Press and hold the On/Off button until screen goes blank and then release.
3). Rlink will reboot after a minute or two.

This is merely a reset which can cure some issues, not so sure it will resolve yours though.

Do you know what version Rlink is running?
Have you had the car from new?
