Hello,
I've been studying the material you provided and I have a few questions:
- Is the unlocking of the iGO partition done at the end of the update to V3 with "Upgrade_3.3.16.98x" or is it a separate operation with "Upgrade_iGO_331698x_patched" after the update is executed?
- if i unlock the iGO partition is it necessary to install the new maps, or can i still use the existing ones?

Hello

One patch on USB only and only one USB in device for upgrading!
So, first upgrade device to 3.3.16.981. After finish, reboot and wait till come fully to function.
Format USB stick and copy patch to unlock iGO. Put it into slot and device will recognize upgrade. Do not worry about text screens during upgrade. Device will reboot at the end.
Now you can decide to leave maps as it or
use a first package to delete some maps like Russia, Ukraina, Iceland, Moldova, overseas French teritories... etc... to free up space
use full package to upgrade full maps or
use partial to upgrade only maps not included those you deleted on first step.
